Hospital Tour at Swedish Medical Center for Expecting Families

This is a free, narrated walking tour of the entire maternity unit that includes hospital admission procedures, an overview of parking and relevant hospital information. This tour can be done at anytime during your pregnancy or if you are choosing a hospital prior to becoming pregnant.

We invite you to join Swedish Medical Center as our guest, where you can feel free to ask questions and familiarize yourself with our facility.

No Registration Required

The OB Hospital Orientation Tour does not require registration—please meet at the waiting area of the Emergency Department (located at Pennsylvania Street and Girard Avenue) about five to 10 minutes before tour start. Also, you can park for free in the West Parking Garage at the corner of Logan Street and Girard Avenue.

Tour Dates

1st and 3rd Tuesday each month:
6 p.m. - 7 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

2nd and 4th Wednesday each month:
6 p.m. - 7 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

2nd Saturday of each month:
Noon - 1 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.

4th Sunday of each month:
Noon - 1 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Tours will not take place on the following holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Halloween, Fourth of July, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
