Monique Giroux, M.D.

Dr. Monique Giroux is a board-certified neurologist with fellowship training in movement disorders and integrative medicine. She completed her medical degree at Ohio State University of Medicine and Public Health, her residency at Yale New Haven Hospital and her fellowship in movement disorders at Emory University. Dr. Giroux is the medical director of the Swedish Medical Center Deep Brain Stimulation program.

Aaron Haug, M.D.

Dr. Aaron Haug, M.D. is a board-certified neurologist. He earned his medical degree from the University of Kansas and completed a neurology residency and a movement disorder fellowship at the University of Colorado.

Adam Hebb, M.D.

Dr. Adam Hebb is a board-certified neurosurgeon. He earned his medical degree from Dalhousie University School of Medicine in Halifax, Nova Scotia, completed a neurosurgery residency and a general surgery internship at at University of Minnesota, and underwent fellowship training in neuro-oncology and epilepsy at the University of Washington.

Rajeev Kumar, M.D.

Dr. Rajeev Kumar is a board-certified neurologist. He earned his medical degree at the University of Saskatchewan and his residency at the Mayo Clinic. He completed his fellowship in movement disorders at the University of Toronto. Dr. Kumar is the medical director of the Rocky Mountain Movement Disorders Center and the CNI Movement Disorders Center.

Sierra Farris, MA, MPAS, PA-C

Sierra Faris, MA, MPAS, PA-C

Sierra Farris is a physician assistant with clinical and research expertise in movement disorders and deep brain stimulation therapy. Sierra is also a Clinical Exercise Specialist certified by the American College of Sports Medicine and holds a master’s degree in Bioethics. Ms. Farris works closely with Dr. Monique Giroux and Dr. Adam Hebb to optimize DBS outcomes for all patients.

Vicki Segro, MSN, ANP-C

Vicki Segro

Vicki Segro is a certified nurse practitioner specializing in movement disorders neurology. She completed her master’s degree at the University of Colorado and undergraduate degree in nursing from Loretto Heights College/Regis University. She participates in clinical research as well as medical and surgical management of patients. and has been part of the DBS team with Dr. Kumar since 2001.
