- Three dedicated trauma rooms—one specifically engineered and equipped for children
Low ER wait times
We are proud to be part of HealthONE, the first hospital system in Colorado to publicly post average ER wait times, including separate pediatric wait times for our youngest patients. Offering this level of transparency allows us to better serve our community’s healthcare needs and help patients find the quickest access to our high-quality emergency medical care in the Denver metropolitan area.
The ER wait time represents the time it takes to see a qualified medical professional. ER wait times are approximate and provided for informational purposes only.
ER wait times represent a four-hour rolling average updated every 30 minutes and is defined as the time of patient arrival until the time the patient is greeted by a qualified medical professional. Patients are triaged at arrival and are then seen by a qualified medical professional in priority order based on their presenting complaint and reason for visit.
If you have further questions about Swedish’s ER wait time trackers or services provided, reach out to our team for more information at (303) 788-6911.
